Os benef\u00edcios podem ser alcan\u00e7ados ao praticar a atividade f\u00edsica sozinho ou acompanhado com um grupo de amigos e quando se alinha o esporte com a natureza reduz a ansiedade e garante bem-estar e sa\u00fade para o praticante.<\/p>\n<p>Na Lagoa do Murtinho, em Congonhas, esta pr\u00e1tica tem-se tornado uma constante para os moradores da regi\u00e3o. Como forma de promover o esporte, foi realizado no \u00faltimo domingo (18), a primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o do desafio Joaquim Murtinho X Alto Maranh\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A corrida teve a largada \u00e0s 08h da manh\u00e3, na Lagoa do Murtinho, e os participantes fizeram o percurso de 9Km, tendo a oportunidade de ter contato com a natureza e superar os desafios.<\/p>\n<p>As crian\u00e7as tamb\u00e9m participaram da corrida com muito entusiasmo e torcida. Segundo o Diretor de Esporte, Rodrigo Lorran, \u201ca Prefeitura de Congonhas est\u00e1 sempre apoiando as diversas modalidades de esporte na cidade, pois al\u00e9m de aproximar da popula\u00e7\u00e3o, cuida da sa\u00fade e incentiva a pr\u00e1tica de atividades f\u00edsicas. O evento realizado foi um est\u00edmulo para os atletas, trazendo benef\u00edcios para o dia-a-dia como a preven\u00e7\u00e3o da obesidade e diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do risco de hipertens\u00e3o e diabetes\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n<p>A programa\u00e7\u00e3o contou ainda com brinquedos infl\u00e1veis para as crian\u00e7as e os agentes de endemias da Secretaria de Sa\u00fade promoveu a\u00e7\u00e3o de preven\u00e7\u00e3o da dengue. A equipe de tr\u00e2nsito esteve presente na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o do desafio Joaquim Murtinho X Alto Maranh\u00e3o foi realizado pela Prefeitura de Congonhas, por meio da Seculte, e ACC &#8211; Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Corredores de Congonhas, com o patroc\u00ednio das empresas Primax, Bike Circuito e Supermercado Moura.<\/p>\n<p>Por L\u00edlian
